Mie mi-au expediat comanda pe 19, am primit traking si toate cele.
Daca dau pe traking din contul mei / comenzi, din data de 19 imi apare tot acelasi lucru:



Ce o fi baiul?
Am verificat si pe alte traking-uri, acelasi lucru.

P.S - pentru cei care doriti sa urmariti direct de pe pc traking-urile, puteti descarca si instala programul TrackChecker. E super.

Valahule, calm... O sa dureze cateva zile bune, poate si 2 saptamani pana iti apare vreo modificare in status! Uite raspunsul fasttech pentru o comanda mai veche de-a mea:
"Singapore Post's tracking site is very poorly designed. When physical packages are physically received by them, they display the above message, i.e. "Information Received (this is not an ack...)". On the other hand when physical packages are not physically received by them, they simply show nothing at all.

Azi am primit raspuns de la fasttech referitor la o comanda anulata de catre cei de la Honk Kong Post:

Daca ai produse care trebuie sa plece maine sau in 2 zile te duci la Unshipped Orders-Details, Options & Support-Put shipment on hold.
In stanga vezi ca ai My Tickets-Open a new ticket-Make changes to order
si scrii ce problema ai si ce vrei sa faci.
Daca nu trebuie sa plece in 2zile sari peste -Put shipment on hold.

Vezi ca ai optiune langa comanda sau in meniul de sus langa orders ai meniul tickets, dar ei raspund cam in 10 zile ceea ce va fi tarziu

Culmea e ca tracking numberul este cu SG in coada, ar fi trebuit sa plece prin Singapore.
